IELTS REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT
1. Photocopy of any national Valid ID:
Passport, PRC, SSS and GSIS - should not expire within 6 months after the test date
2. Exam fees:
Regular IELTS: PhP12,720
IELTS UKVI: PhP13,100
3. Filled-out application form.
You may obtain the form from our office at EPro Training Centre, 3rd Floor BSUMPC Building, Bonifacio Street, Baguio City (Blue building across from SLU main gate).
